Meet Maija

I am a passionate Agile Coach and versatile trainer dedicated to promoting the well-being of teams and workplaces. Simultaneously serving as a project Scrum Master, project manager, and product owner, my focus lies in efficiently identifying customer needs and successfully concluding projects.

My strengths encompass conflict resolution, rapid learning of new responsibilities, and maintaining strong communication even in challenging situations. I am solution-oriented, constructive, easily approachable, and adept at multitasking, offering these qualities to meet your specific needs. Negotiation skills and creating psychological safety are within my skill set, and I am committed to people-centric leadership.

Collaborating with me, you will gain an enthusiastic Agile Coach who supports team growth and well-being, ensuring the smooth progress and success of your projects.

As a trainer, I have worked as a mentor and coach within the Agile framework and conducted Scrum Master courses. Building bridges between clients and teams, along with an open and collaborative working approach, are part of my strengths. Committed to actively advancing the interests of workplaces, I am dedicated to providing maximum value to clients while empathetically listening to the needs of the staff.
